Job Description: Engagement Specialist III
Job Summary
The Engagement Specialist III is responsible for developing, leading, and continuously improving employee engagement, health & wellbeing, and culture-building programs that strengthen employee experience and reinforce Jabil's values. This role combines strategic program management, employee engagement, event leadership, digital engagement, budget control, stock control, and data-driven insights to create a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
The position serves as a key partner to other functions and site leadership to drive employee participation, enhance workplace wellbeing, and foster a culture where employees feel connected, valued, and inspired.
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Engagement Activities
- Lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of company-wide engagement initiatives, including employee engagement campaigns, appreciation programs, annual site events, etc.
- Lead health and wellbeing initiatives that promote physical, mental, emotional wellbeing; coordinate wellness campaigns, health awareness programs, sports activities, and wellbeing education sessions.
- Lead initiatives that foster work-life balance, culture & belonging, inclusion, and a healthier workplace culture.
- Plan, optimize and manage resources effectively while maintaining high standards of delivery; Maintain proper documentation, records, and reports for activities.
- Plan, manage, and monitor engagement budgets and stock to ensure effective utilization of resources.
- Partner closely with leadership teams, HR functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to align engagement activities with business objectives and workforce needs.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by managers.
2. Digital & Data-Driven Engagement
- Develop, design and execute engagement communication across multiple channels to drive awareness and participation of engagement activities.
- Create compelling content including posters, videos, and other storytelling materials that bring company culture and employee stories to life.
- Track and analyze engagement metrics (participation rates, satisfaction scores, feedback data, surveys, etc.) to evaluate program effectiveness and continuously improve program quality
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to continuously improve engagement focus and employee experience.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by managers.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in employee engagement, event management, employee communications or similar roles.
- Creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into engaging content and experiences; Proactive, adaptable, and passionate about creating a positive employee experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident in hosting or facilitating events is an advantage.
- Design and Video editing skills with simple creation tools is a plus.
- Data-driven thinking with the ability to interpret insights and improve strategies.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
