Mô tả công việc / Job Responsibilities:

Formulate and maintain quality standards, inspection specifications and processes.
Xây dựng và duy trì các tiêu chuẩn chất lượng, đặc tả và quy trình kiểm tra.

Analyze and handle in-process quality abnormalities
Phân tích và xử lý các bất thường chất lượng trong quá trình sản xuất.

Analyze and resolve quality issues (8D, 5Why, FMEA, etc.)
Phân tích và giải quyết các vấn đề chất lượng (8D, 5Why, FMEA, v.v.).

Handle customer complaints and drive internal and supplier quality improvements.
Xử lý khiếu nại khách hàng và thúc đẩy cải tiến chất lượng nội bộ và nhà cung cấp.

Compile quality data and issue quality reports.
Tổng hợp dữ liệu chất lượng và lập báo cáo chất lượng.

Participate in system, process and customer audits.
Tham gia kiểm tra hệ thống, quy trình và kiểm tra khách hàng.

Yêu cầu công việc / Job Requirements:

Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant measurement experience.
Kinh nghiệm làm việc: Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm đo lường liên quan.

Education: Associate degree or above, proficient in English communication (Chinese is a plus), with manufacturing quality experience.
Trình độ học vấn:Cao đẳng trở lên, thành thạo giao tiếp tiếng Anh (biết tiếng Trung là một lợi thế), có kinh nghiệm về chất lượng trong sản xuất.

Major: Engineering or Quality-related field.
Chuyên ngành: Kỹ thuật hoặc các ngành liên quan đến chất lượng.

Knowledge: Familiar with quality management systems and common quality tools
Kiến thức: Hiểu biết về hệ thống quản lý chất lượng và các công cụ chất lượng thông dụng.

Skills: Able to read engineering drawings, with data analysis capabilities
Kỹ năng: Đọc được bản vẽ kỹ thuật và có khả năng phân tích dữ liệu.

Competency: Excellent communication, driving ability and sense of responsibility.
