Yêu cầu công việc / Job Requirements:

Education: Vocational school diploma or above, proficient in English communication (Chinese is a plus), major in Mechanical, Electronics or related field.
Trình độ học vấn: Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp trở lên, thành thạo giao tiếp tiếng Anh (biết tiếng Trung là một lợi thế), chuyên ngành Cơ khí, Điện tử hoặc các ngành liên quan.

Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of QC / quality inspection experience, with shift management experience is preferred.
Kinh nghiệm làm việc: Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm kiểm tra chất lượng/QC, ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm quản lý ca.

Knowledge: Familiar with manufacturing processes, outgoing inspection procedures and quality standards.
Kiến thức: Hiểu biết về quy trình sản xuất, quy trình kiểm tra thành phẩm và tiêu chuẩn chất lượng.

Skills: Able to read SIP, master common inspection tools and methods.
Kỹ năng: Đọc được SIP, thành thạo các công cụ và phương pháp kiểm tra thông dụng.

Competency: Capable of on-site problem solving and personnel coordination; strong sense of responsibility, principle, and execution
Năng lực: Khả năng giải quyết vấn đề tại hiện trường và điều phối nhân sự; có trách nhiệm cao, nguyên tắc và khả năng thực thi tốt.

Availability: Able to work night shifts or under work pressure (if required)

Mô tả công việc / Job Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the QC team and schedule personnel.
Quản lý hoạt động hàng ngày của nhóm QC và lập lịch nhân sự.

Supervise the implementation of incoming / in-process / outgoing inspections.
Giám sát việc thực hiện kiểm tra nguyên liệu, trong quá trình và thành phẩm.

Ensure correct implementation of inspection standards and work instructions.
Đảm bảo thực hiện đúng các tiêu chuẩn kiểm tra và hướng dẫn công việc.

Handle on-site quality abnormalities, timely feedback and follow up improvements.
Xử lý các bất thường về chất lượng tại hiện trường, phản hồi kịp thời và theo dõi cải tiến.

Audit inspection records and reports to ensure data accuracy.
Kiểm tra hồ sơ và báo cáo kiểm tra để đảm bảo dữ liệu chính xác.

Guide, train and assess QC inspectors.
Hướng dẫn, đào tạo và đánh giá nhân viên QC.

Manage inspection tools and equipment to ensure normal operation.
Quản lý dụng cụ và thiết bị kiểm tra để đảm bảo vận hành bình thường.

Cooperate with QE/Production to complete quality improvement and audit work.
Phối hợp với QE/Sản xuất để hoàn thành công việc cải tiến chất lượng và kiểm tra
