Job Responsibilities / Mô tả công việc:

1.Conduct daily follow-ups on pending tasks; (As the facility is a bonded zone) verify site patrols and cargo security, confirm material flow, and inspect physical security measures.
Theo dõi và cập nhật hằng ngày các công việc còn tồn đọng; (do nhà máy thuộc khu vực kho ngoại quan) kiểm tra tuần tra hiện trường và an ninh hàng hóa, xác nhận luồng di chuyển vật tư và kiểm tra các biện pháp an ninh vật lý.

2.Organize security personnel training and assessments, and audit security-related irregularities; verify outbound shipments.
Tổ chức đào tạo và đánh giá nhân viên an ninh; kiểm tra các bất thường liên quan đến an ninh và xác minh hàng hóa xuất đi.

3.Conduct roll calls for external security personnel at shift changes; perform duty patrols during peak periods for employee commuting and meal breaks.
Điểm danh nhân viên bảo vệ bên ngoài trong thời gian giao ca; thực hiện tuần tra trong các khung giờ cao điểm như giờ vào ca, tan ca và giờ nghỉ ăn của nhân viên.

4.Handle employee disciplinary issues and address abnormal situations occurring within the facility.
Xử lý các vấn đề kỷ luật của nhân viên và giải quyết các tình huống bất thường phát sinh trong nhà máy.

5.Perform routine checks on security gates and verify the operational status of security screening equipment.
Thực hiện kiểm tra định kỳ tại các cổng an ninh và xác nhận tình trạng hoạt động của các thiết bị kiểm soát an ninh.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

1.Able to adapt to shift work and overtime.
Có thể làm việc theo ca và tăng ca khi cần thiết.

2.Possesses a positive work attitude, a conscientious approach to tasks, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
Có thái độ làm việc tích cực, tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, cùng kỹ năng giao tiếp và làm việc nhóm tốt.

3.Requires experience in the security industry and at least one year of team management experience; familiar with the operation of fire safety, security, and related equipment; capable of formulating emergency response plans and organizing drills.
Có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực an ninh và tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý đội nhóm; am hiểu vận hành hệ thống PCCC, an ninh và các thiết bị liên quan; có khả năng xây dựng phương án ứng phó khẩn cấp và tổ chức diễn tập.

4.Proficient in staff scheduling, performance assessment, client communication, and basic business writing.
Thành thạo việc sắp xếp lịch làm việc cho nhân viên, đánh giá hiệu suất, giao tiếp với khách hàng và kỹ năng soạn thảo văn bản cơ bản.

5.Capable of working under pressure and handling sudden incidents calmly.
Có khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực và bình tĩnh xử lý các sự cố phát sinh.

6.Diploma degree or above.
Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên.

7.Able to communicate in English and Chinese.
Có khả năng giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh và tiếng Trung.
