JOB SUMMARY/ TỔNG QUAN
Organizes line workload and staffing for assembly operations depending on product priority.

Mô tả công việc / Job Responsibilities:

Be responsible for production output, quality and material management.
Chịu trách nhiệm về sản lượng sản xuất, chất lượng và quản lý vật tư.

Coordinate team member scheduling and line opening.
Phối hợp lập lịch làm việc cho các thành viên trong nhóm và mở dây chuyền.

Manage team attendance.
Quản lý chấm công và tham dự của nhóm.

Confirm production line quality and handle abnormalities
Xác nhận chất lượng dây chuyền sản xuất và xử lý các bất thường.

Conduct daily inspection and check of workshop management items.

Thực hiện kiểm tra và giám sát các hạng mục quản lý xưởng hàng ngày.

Manage personnel and implement on-site 5S.
Quản lý nhân sự và triển khai 5S tại hiện trường.

Verify the accuracy and completeness of production report data.
Kiểm tra độ chính xác và đầy đủ của dữ liệu báo cáo sản xuất.

Yêu cầu công việc / Job Requirements:

Work Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in an electronics factory.
Kinh nghiệm làm việc: 1–2 năm kinh nghiệm liên quan trong nhà máy điện tử.

Education: Technical secondary school or above
Trình độ học vấn: Trung cấp nghề trở lên
