How will you make an impact?-

Jabil is seeking a Senior Digital Transformation & AI Architect to shape the enterprise architecture and platform strategy for AI‑enabled transformation across the company. This role focuses on designing scalable, reusable digital and AI foundations that move initiatives from experimentation to sustained business impact across manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and corporate functions.

This is a senior, high‑influence role operating at the intersection of business strategy, enterprise architecture, and execution. The Architect will partner with executive leaders to guide critical technical decisions, establish guardrails for scale, and ensure AI solutions deliver measurable value beyond pilots.

What will you do? -  

• Define and evolve Jabil’s enterprise digital and AI architecture, aligned to business strategy, data, security, and technology standards.

• Lead a platform‑first approach to AI—establishing reusable data, AI/ML, and integration foundations that enable rapid, repeatable solution delivery.

• Translate business priorities into scalable architectural patterns, reference architectures, and design guardrails.

• Partner with senior leaders across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, and corporate functions to identify and prioritize high‑impact AI and digital use cases.

• Guide critical trade‑offs (speed vs. scale, custom vs. platform, centralization vs. flexibility) with an enterprise mindset.

• Establish technical standards and participate in architecture governance to ensure solutions scale securely and responsibly.

• Evaluate and influence selection of platforms, tools, and strategic vendors to minimize fragmentation and technical debt.

• Mentor architects and delivery teams, providing clarity, direction, and architectural leadership across initiatives.

• Clearly communicate architectural options, risks, and recommendations to executive and non‑technical audiences.

How will you get here? - 

• Education:   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering,  or similar area is required

• Experience: Typically 12+ years in architecture, engineering, or advanced technology roles, including leadership on large digital or AI initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:  

• Proven experience leading enterprise‑scale digital or AI architecture in large, complex organizations.

• Strong background in enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, data architecture, and systems integration.

• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and applications, with the ability to connect technical capabilities to business outcomes.

• Experience designing architectures that support AI at scale, including data pipelines, model lifecycle management, and integration with enterprise systems.

• Familiarity with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern DevOps / MLOps practices.

• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and guide decisions in matrixed, global environments.

• Excellent communication skills; able to simplify complex technical topics for business and executive audiences

• Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
