Job Summary
Participate in a structured Engineering Rotational Program designed to develop technical expertise across multiple engineering disciplines. The program includes rotations in Process/Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering, each lasting about 12 months. The goal is to build strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills for future leadership roles in engineering.
Hands-on experience with process improvement, quality systems, and manufacturing technologies.
Opportunity to lead projects that impact efficiency, cost, and product quality.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Process Engineer (About 12 months)
Analyze and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance throughput.
Apply Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and engineering change orders.
Utilize data analytics to monitor process performance and recommend automation opportunities.
Quality Engineer (About 12 months)
Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
Conduct root cause analysis for defects and lead corrective/preventive action initiatives.
Support development of statistical process control (SPC) and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).
Partner with suppliers and internal teams to improve component quality and reliability.
Drive continuous improvement projects focused on reducing scrap and improving first-pass yield.
Manufacturing Engineer (About 12 months)
Design and optimize manufacturing layouts for efficiency and safety.
Evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and automation solutions to enhance production capability.
Support equipment selection, installation, and validation processes.
Develop cost-reduction strategies through process improvements and cycle-time reduction.
Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth operations.
Minimum Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
Minimum of one related internship or equivalent experience.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CAD tools and data analysis software.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred:
Coursework in process optimization, quality systems, or automation.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent.
