What You'll Do

• Support customer relationships and business initiatives
• Assist with product launches, business transfers, and materials management

• Partner with Business Unit Managers on daily operations and account management

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree required; Business, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, finance, supply chain, or a related field
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Leadership potential and desire to grow into a management role
